Recently, we identified the development directions and priority in technologies for ourselves. I share this list with you, in order to find like-minded people, partners.
Technologies list which we going to base on:
a). LoRaWAN IoT, continue to develop the line, now there is a large number of ready devices, some with explosion proof certificates. Basing on that we could develop faster new models.
b). 5G - I think it is clear how much the technology is perspective, it’s going to be a replacement for many other communication technologies, additionally we have good connections with MTK, perspective devices: modems for IoT modems for computers, smartphones, tablets, vehicle communication channel any other devices requiring it (for instance IP cameras).
c). NB-IoT somehow push forward projects for sensors and devices with NB-IoT/5G simpler due to mobile operators interest and even budget.
d). UWB - the technology is beyond a doubt, we receiving many requests for people and objects indoor tracking. There are no decent products in the CIS.
e). RFID - the technology is beyond a doubt as well, we already have HW.
f). Phased array antennas and microwave systems. Our engineers have PhD with specialization in microwaves. Gaining more experience year by year we going to continue to develop this direction.
g). Wireless HART there is obvious demand from industrial B2B.
h). BLE 5.2 BLE 5.2 while having all BLE advantages it brings new features which are similar to UWB.
i). Wi-Fi 6 - next generation more advanced Wi-Fi for home and industrial applications.
j). Laser measurements (spectral analysis, profile/geometry, volume).
k). Gas analysis (electrochemistry and spectral analysis).
l). Continue explosion proof products development with a reasonable price. The importance of developing this line is proven by the demand for our explosion proof Industrial IoT products.
m). DLP projectors, we already have clients from Russia and Austria and hope we will hear from new customers willing to get our expertize in this field.
n). Medical devices - we have experience with X-Ray, surgical and plazma equipment.
o). Video cameras with embedded in SoC CV and neural engine support.
p). Solid state lidars (first examples are already on the market - iPhone 12).
q). CV - computer vision (computer vision), Tesla released it’s own chips with computer vision in 2018, there are already several companies released their own CV or AI SoC, computer vision will play significant role in processes automation.
